Sales Advisor
Summary:

- Assists customers with the purchase of vehicles.
- Follow competitors closely to better assist customers.
- Keep CRM up to date and accurate.
- Engage customers by demonstrating vehicles.
- Understand and complete all sales documents related to the sell of vehicle.
- Have knowledge of approximate values for used inventories.
- Complete all tasks assigned by sales manager.
Qualifications:
The ability to perform the above tasks. Sales experience is a plus but not required.
As a sales team member in the parts and accessories department, you will use your knowledge and helpful personality to ensure the best possible buying experience for our patrons. Team members will maintain sections including cleaning and organizing products to maximize presentation. Team members will also be responsible for processing new items including proper placement on the showroom floor. Applicants will need a general knowledge of basic computer operations and experience working with a retail point of sale system. Powersports knowledge and sales experience is a must.

Powersports Assembly Technician and Accessories Installer

Service Department Porter
Are you an organizer who loves powersports? We are looking for a Support Associate to maintain the organization of products in our service department.
This is what you'll do!
- Move and organize customer units between storage and active service bays.
- Maintain the store's professional appearance both inside and out.
- Assist service technician where needed.
- Work closely with and support sales staff during customer transactions.
Here's what you need!
- Must by at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to ride a ATV/UTV & Motorcycles
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to listen and understand customers' concerns, document problems with motorcycles, ATV's, side-by-sides and personal watercraft. and clearly describe them on the repair order
- Notify Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so customer can be immediately notified.
- Upsell additional services by discussing with customer current service specials as well as any additional work needed.
- Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness, ensuring customer is kept up to date at all times.
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership.
- Due to the needs of the company and customer, you may/will perform other position duties as designated by management
Service Writer
- One year of Automotive / Motorcycle / Motorsports / Powersports Dealership experience
- Work well with managers, technicians and customers, as well as other dealer associates
- Maintain current technical qualification by completing all training programs assigned by Service Manager
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must
- Be highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Proven ability to be punctual, dependable and accept responsibility for your actions
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year's experience as a service writer in the powersports industry (or automotive)
