"I am quite happy with my purchased from you. I would rate all at 5 stars, but something has to be better than best. My Sales rep was absolutely great!! I almost felt I HAD to by the Suzuski so he would get paid! I have never felt any guilt before about would my sales rep get paid or not. Ivan is an impressive young man and I really felt he cared about my satisfaction. I must also comment on the policy of haveing the buyer visit all the departments that will certainly be contacted at one time or another. (That never happened at the car dealership)!!
Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. I haven't ridden yet, but did take the motor school in G'port and I highly recommend it!! Now I am just waiting for a little warmer, dryer weather.
I will definately consider Hattiesburg Cycles when I make another purchase.

"Thanks for making my dream of owning a brand new Yamaha come true! And the V-Star 1300 Tour was certainly worth waiting for. Its everything I hoped it would be and more. The fit and finish are superb, it runs and sounds sooo sweet! It is just right for my 6'4" frame but not too big to take out of the garage for just a short ride. I've been literally stopped on the street by people wanting to know "What kind of motorcycle is that?" Your dealership and its employees are first rate and a pleasure to do business with. All of my questions were answered and it was the first place that I was offered a test ride. I recommend Hattiesburg Cycles to anyone that wants a square deal and a knowledgeable sales team. You have a nice selection of accessories. I'll pay a little more to actually try something on rather than ordering and being stuck with something that doesn't fit right."

"James is a great person to work with. I was impressed with the way he took us around and introduced us to all the departments and everyone seemed to take pride in what they were doing. I was told when I brought my ATV in for servicing if I called ahead of time they would get right to work on it so we didn't have to spend all day waiting on it. They were true to their word, we drove from Selma, Alabama on a Sat morning got there at 8am and they went right to work on it and got us out of there before 12noon. thanks"

"in april of this year I was searching for a sports bike and gave hattiesburg cylcles a call. I talked to a guy named mitch and told him what I was looking for and he told me what he had on the floor in used bike inventory. I purchased a 2000 CBR 600 F4, it was so easy, I just had my financing company contact him and next thing I know is sign here. This monday I showed up at 4:30 and they still managed to make time to put a front tire on my bike and I was on the road again! Thanks guys!! see ya next time

"While I was unable to purchase a Yamaha VX110 Deluxe from this dealership, I was very impressed with their service on the phone. The funny thing is that I decided to buy one at the spur of the moment and they were able to accommodate me to find either in their warehouse or someone elses. I reiceved calls from Nathan and Wes and they were on the money. Last conversation I had, I told them that I was on the way to gulfport to get one there and I was thanked for giving them the opportunity to try for my business. That went a long way with me so if I ever need to get any accessories or service from my extended 5 year warranty- you guys will the 1st on my list for my business. Thanks again and I really regret that I couldnt get it (Waverunner) because they were out of stock."

"i bought a 2005 blaster last june, i was very happy with hattiesburg cycles and with the blaster.i then bought a lrd exhaust, stage 2 jet kit, and a k n airfilter and cant keep the wheels on the ground in 2nd and 3rd. its the best bang for the buck atv. to bad yamaha will lose banshee and blaster this year but looks like the 450 will be winning for a while. thanks hattiesburg cycles"

When I lost my bike to Hurricane Katrina in August 2005, Hattiesburg Cycles helped me take care of my GAP insurance claim. Due to loosing all my files in the storm, this was a tremendous help.
